But it does say Brembos, so you would hope that it is S/C and therefore needs those brakes. My god I wish they would release the info officially!

If it's not supercharged there will be lots of very disappointed people including myself. There has been speculation since last year about blown Miami in XR8 surely ford would have hosed it down by now if it was not correct.
We also have a few on this forum that seem to be in the know that have suggested 335kw S/C 5.0 all along so I'm still counting on it. Bit concerning though, stop playing games with your fans FORD AUS!! Lol |

Yeah I'm 95% sure it's SC, but there is 5% of doubt, ford is just been cheeky..

Just noticed in the wheel/tyre section it says the XR8 will get 19x9 rears with Michelin 275/30R19 tyres, that's definitely good news.
Actually it looks as thought the entire range is getting Michelin tyres. |

Specs on the ford website claim "Michelin low resistence tyres" as standard on all models. The XR8 gets " 19" x 9" XR8 alloy wheels - 275/30 R19 tyres (rear)" with a matching spare wheel as standard. Also has a reverse camera as standard with "Driver fatigue warning".
