had my au for 10 years, and dont regret a minute of it, thinking about doing an engine freshen up even though it still runs well, except for a bit of a rear main leak(tiny just discovered today) and using a bit of oil, but i dont think anyone would begrudge that after 13 years of age. |

BF GT, had it for five now, and enjoy driving it today as much as I did five years ago.
Having said all that, I would love to own a gt-f, a gt rspec, or an fgx xr8. So any of the above. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

Make that 7 years in the BF GT, I can't believe its been that long. goes to show ten years is not a stretch for a car like that. Taking it out for a wash today, with the kids in tow, and looking forward to the drive as I type. Sad but true.

Have 4 kids that I have to carry on occasion, reasonably short commute, like driving....FGX XR8 manual that I have on order, Silhouette not that smart though.....
Wife of 15 years still looks great. If I found the cash (lotto or kids all got scholarships to their expensive schools or get a government that doesn't tax people who work hard to death), any silver Aston Martin Vantage manual (4.3, 4.7 V8s or 5.9 V12, prefer the latter 2) and bring myself to use her Tarago to carry the kids. Would still have committed to the XR8 though... |

Really like the Audi S4/RS4 wagons like the piccies posted, but would I want to live with the electrics/mechanics of those for 10 years? Loads of fun though:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KfMY96v_Gc "You just mash the pedal and hope the smell of wet dog will go away" Otherwise, what's simple and will keep its charms (power, ride, feel) for 10 years? A Cruiser maybe. FGX XR8. One of the last of the Aussie utes, the last coupe utility, VF SV6 or SS. FGX ute with a column shift, that's the end of an era right there.

As posted before, first preference would be an Audi C7 RS6 if not then a Tesla Model S.

911 Porsche...not a turbo, not a top of the line stuffed-full-of-technology one, just a basic one. Bright yellow if it's available.
Just a manual base model 911 Carrera. I'd be happy. http://www.porsche.com/australia/mod...1/911-carrera/ They're the only top end performance car you can actually use as a daily driver family car. |
