A Tassie trip would make for some good pics if we were able to cram the boat with a heap of e-series

I think I have to agree with Sunny on this one... Its all well and good to say "Lets have a massive national meet!"
I'm sure you will get heaps of people saying that they'll be there and throw their name down on a list, but like almost every cruise, maybe 1/3 of the people who put their name down will actually show up.

Ultimatly, it will just lead to a dissapointment, with lots of people spending big money traveling from interstate, only to have a smallish (In the grand scheme of things) cruise...

Good idea in theory, but I can't see it happening, despite all the good intentions.

Ok people ive worked out a closing date for the pole. This pole will be closing 1st of May 2007. What ever has won the votes is where we will be going. This should give you more than enough time to save your $$$ up and get all the stuff you need ready.

Erm, somehow if TAS wins I don't see E-Series owners from WA feeling compelled to cross the nullabor just because the poll said so

Oh, I change my vote to Glenmaggie! Massive e-series camp! We'll need to set up a 24/7 temporary dezza-spec suspension workshop for a bit of baja action while we're there :P

vic could possibly be the best place as you are almost guaranteed a big turn out as there is more guys in vic.

i honestly hope this does actually happen. but like everything sometimes it just gets forgotten about unfortunately.

To help with costs and accomodation, e-series members could buddy up with someone else from another state, as people slowly make their way up/down to whereever it may be???

Or that could be another idea, people sometimes swap houses, for holidays maybe e-series guys could swap places and join up with local meets throughout the year?????

If you all come to tassie i dont think anyone would go home dissapointed, even if only 10 or so cars came over, roads are fun and your never much further than 2hours form any other part of the state!
