Excellent quality, so if you can spot the eps, happy downloading. Watching Ep4 now and the show is getting better.

*Warning spoiler from last nights episode (Ep 5 I think)
Did anyone else pick this up in last nights episode? In the scene where Mark Moran visits his brother Jason in prison, outside is parked a Citric Acid BA Ute with GT stripes. This scene occurs sometime before Mark is shot and killed, in June 2000. The BA falcon was released in 2003, thus creating a vehicle descrepancy. The show has been very good so far with its vehicle accuracy and I just found this slip-up unusual, albeit tiny. Also, think about this (or maybe don't bother). Carl Williams is shown driving an E series falcon earlier in the show, and Mark Moran was shown last night to drive a modded Commo ute. Is there a subtle subtext to the plot indicating that when Carl shoots Mark, it is really Ford metaphorically putting a hit on Holden. Hmmm, think about it.... :

a shame that they have portrayed carl williams as a dopey b@stard! his ex-partner in real life complained that he was portrayed as dopey where as in real life he isn't poor bugger, ud hate to watch yourself on tv and portrayed like that! |

I thought Carl was driving in a black VS SS sedan in the first few episodes.
Missed the Citric BA ute, but noticed the organe/gold VX? SS Ute that Mark Moran was driving. Didn't they come out after 2000? For the record, I am really enjoying the series and am reading on the books as well. PS. Madeline West... who debuted in last nights episode is SO HOTTTT !!!!! |

Could have been the VU....
Book is called "BIG SHOTS - The Chiiling Inside Story of CArl Williams and the Gangland Wars". It is written by Adam Shand who is a journo and got pretty close to Carl. Albiet it mainly focuses on Carl, it does go through all of the characters and how they relate to Carl and everyone else. Pretty good book in my opinion. Picked it up at Myers. |

As I said, this book that I am reading is more based around Carl, but still has all of the characters and events from the series too.
Might habe to get that Leadbelly book. |

Hah... interesting the character sharing going on between Satisfaction and this show too.
I found it interesting Madeleine West and the bloke who plays Tony Mokbel hooking up.... (if you watch Satisfaction you'd understand why)
