I am an IT guy for a call centre provider. We have 10 sites nationally and I am the sysadmin, exchange guy, SQL guy, terminal server guy, VPN/Firewall guy, helpdesk guy....and whatever else comes along.

Currently working ~60 hours a week because we are short 1 person (i am normally one of 2 administrators). I travel 4 hours a day from North Sydney to Wollongong

The people I work with are very cool, plenty of indoor cricket/footy going on whenever the managers are out of the office....lol ;)

Nice coffee at Bar 21 (aka Blue Chairs) in North Sydney if you are ever there.

I just finished year 12 so Im still looking for daytime work. Im currently working as a waiter at a Thai and Chinese restaurant but that's usually only 3 nights a week doing 3 hour shifts. Cash in hand pay isnt bad, plus free food every work nite is good too ;)

I am temporarily a research programmer for the Univeristy of South Australia, but soon I will be going back to my usual job as a PhD student/Tutor/Practical supervisor/Lecturer.

The good part about my current job is that I am doing some hardware design and it takes anyware between 5-20minutes to compile my circuits. This leaves plenty of time to surf the net or do my own stuff on the side.
