the motor and associated equipment looks similar but the rest of the car is quite different...(sorry to state the obvious but VERY different, suspiciously different)

if you read the article, the supercharger was 1 part of the kit the interior another part, as was the bodykit and the wheels etc etc. not everyone has the $20k to go the whole hog, but they would ahve the $6k fo rthe s/c.

$20K 15 years ago was a crap load of cash. To buy a new falcon back then would have been about $20K or less

Leading on from what Wilson and TUFED6 have said, I think this car is a standard manual S-pack, with the supercharger option and associated parts to make it work... That wing is whacked!

WTF?! Has anyone read that CARS article?
"The off beat wheels and tyres are the latest JJD twin tyre system. It looks peculiar but it can out perform a normal wide tyre and its safer." Then look at the front right pic and you can just see the gap between the two tyres in the FR wheel (s?). Crazy, crazy days..... |

Just when we thought we'd just about covered every model, every variant, every special edition something like this comes and kicks ya in the guts.
This is like the most interesting thread I've seen in E-Series section for about 2 years. Good on you Jarod, I wouldn't pass it up if I was you buddy. Now, back to how to lower a EA and how to check what diff you have threads. Sundeep |

BUY IT.
Gunns you beat me to it, i have that article here and as soon as i read the description i knew what it was. Doesnt quite look the same without the body kit, but hey, people will just think your a ricer with a Buldge on a stock EA. SLEEPER!. This is quite a rare Bird. There was a set of the Twin Tyre System wheels on ebay about 2 years ago, the sad thing is you cant get the AVon tyres thatwent on them anymore.

Had no idea such a car existed! Couldn't say no for around 4 grand, a bit of restoration and you've got a collector's item, can't argue with that! would purchase it in a heartbeat after a bit more research with the bro to confirm a few details!
