M8, I hope you get the result you want. I cannot believe the moronic attitude of people and some companies. At the risk of offending some people here, dumb ИИИИ truck drivers get what they deserve, they treat others as if they own the road and couldn't give a toss about anyone else's property. I am afraid I wouldn't have been so nice about it. If it were me, I would have filled a ute with Horse Manure, Dog crap, any animal faecies, human crap, etc, gone down to their premises, proceeded to do donuts so as to spread the crap in all directions including the boss's car, then I would have walked into the office (making sure I had a big feed earlier in the day) and taken a dump on the carpet in their office and reminded them, "You ИИИИ on my doorstep, I'll ИИИИ on yours!" Nothing like a bit of summary justice...

Definitely go them. This would be handled by qcat. Filing fee is quite small. No lawyers permitted. Arbitrators decision is final. Qcat.qld.gov.au
