the factory turbo can pump out a bit more but not alot, best way is to upgrade to the 350hp package, if i was going to do that i'd put in a quaife lsd first as the std diff can be dodgy when stressed more, i know of some that have gone bang.
a larger ic, more flowing exhaust & remap would also be needed, whilst the upgrade would be fun it is an everyday car

i painted my rear arch mouldings today, after carefully sanding with some fine paper i put some masking tape over them & drew a pencil line around the upper ridge then cut the tape with a sharp blade

pushing the tape down i did the same on the inner ridge

all cut out

i masked the area up ready for painting

gave it a clean with some spirit & applied the first coat

after drying i did a 2nd coat

then a third coat & removed the masking & it looks like this

Very nice Ron, it goes well together with the other blackouts on your car. Have you decided on those black taillights yet?

Ron, I thought that with BMC's CDA and DIA intakes you don't need a box at all, since pods already have their boxes

i wasn't originally going for the dia but i couldn't refuse the deal, the box is still a good idea as it will keep any engine bay heat out of the intake air

i've looked at getting an intake pipe made up and they cost too much for what they are (had quotes of $500-800 for mandrel bent) & are too heavy for what i want, also the size is strange so i'll look into making my own from carbon fibre, it won't be easy & will take a bit of time but will look sweet when finished

other than the intake pipe the change to a custom air intake is closer to completion with this protype radiator support panel cover i made, looks much neater now.

still have a few minor things to improve on it before i'll be happy
