South korea playing well, Already scored against Greece.
Why are Greeks #@%!$ at soccer? Everytime they get a corner, they open up a fish and chip shop on it. |

yer good on the Koreans great result for them, they never stop running and deserved their win.
Argies was good to watch v's Nigeria - their goal keeper did a great job keeping Messi out, he played as expected love it ! Nigerians loved playing the injured game holding play up at times. Well well was it the ball re the bad handling by Green ?! haha bad brain fade more like it imo - I did expect the poms have trouble handling the US pacey players and it sure showed at times. I really can't understand Capello having Hesky up front-he had a sitter to put the game away-his scoring days are gone. Gerrard's goal was class loved it.

I guess our only hope now is Germany to win all games in the group and Australia to win remaining games. Australia need to do something special to progress to the next round.

Outclassed Outplayed !
Yer ok that early chance would have been nice but - Ref errors imo - early 2nd half handball in the german box imo,why didn't the linesman pick it up ?! Cahill straight red was pathetic, ok yellow no doubt but come on. Never expected the impossible but christ I expected we give them a game !! Pim I can't believe the team you put on the park ! did you already concede ? Did the US warm up really expose how slow we were ? Midfield sucked-hardly won a ball not defended well at all hence the old backline hadn't a chance against pace and youth-through balls were superb behind the defense well played by the krauts, they carved us up but imo we contributed to their win. Holman was a breath of fresh air-Emerton did well after so long out. HTF you play Cahill lone soldier ?!! he is not a striker..... Oh well it was always going to be 2finals coming up. Now to focus on my Italian bloodline and the wife's Portugese crowd till the next Aussie game.

I thought given the red Cahill got, Cacau should have gone the same. 4-0 up with 60 seconds to go, no reason to take a dive. And then argues with the ref. A week out of the tournament would do him some good.

As a Greek- Australian i have double reason to be dissapointed
both teams were dissapointments.. Aussies need to tighten up midfield and improve passing game..we were getting cut to shreds by a awesome German side Hopefully Soceroos can get better
