This.

Chuck on some FG front panels and grill. No emissions dramas and costs - it's all been done with the sedan.

EcoLPI vs 2.7 Diesel. Would the Diesel not also be a viable option in an FG Wagon Taxi? Or would the EcoLPI still take the crown on overall running costs?

We should adopt the same style as Cuba........ They have all sorts of cars as taxi's... mostly pre-60s actually.......... ;)

So long as they are running, driveable, and relatively safe........ Who really cares..... They are taxi's....

You want luxury - go for VHA cars........

I was talking to a taxi driver in adelaide. Anyway they have FG's with dedicated gas, but not ecolip, and camry hybrids. The fuel cost is around $10-12 per hundered for the LPG falcons and $7-$8 for the camry for unleaded (this owner driver was averaging 5.8l/100 long term). Was surprised at this!

Plenty of people care.

That is ridiculous.

There's more to a taxi cab than having a running vehicle. Comfort is very important.
