Show me a better looking aussie built car

Please explain the term "aggressive" because I think we have completely different ideas of what the term means.

I could show you hundreds of better looking Aussie built cars. Not saying the Aurion is ugly as I really don't mind them, but aggressive and stylish it ain't mate.

+1 I like the AU3 TS50, its a tough looking car.

AU XR series on the other hand its on par with Susan Boyle IMO.

I beg to differ.....

The AU XR series has great flowing lines more so then a boxed up shaped Aurion let’s say for example.

Id put the AU XR models well ahead of the AU3 TS50 for looks. Those ts50 cars look like a ridiculous over cooked version of the batmobile. It like they grabbed someone from autobarn to design it. Just tried to bolt as many big square bits on it on a rounded car? but nothing fits well, then they forgot to install a grill?? Go figure. The au wasnt a good looking car to begin with and they just made it look worse by using every rice part from the autobarn catalogue on it. Its the definition of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Au xr series is much better, the kit works subtlely with the lines of the car. Its still not one of my favourites but tolerable.

The new aurion is a sweet looking vehicle, looks smaller than it is but plenty room inside and boot as big as falcon. Its well ahead of the fgx for looks and its a good honest debate against the vf commodore for which looks better.

I thought the thread was about you're favourite looking Aussie cars and not a platform to rubbish them.

Big damo, i would think the au xr isnt too bad.. they had a shocking base car to work with and i honestly think they did very well with what they had to work with. They made it look pretty good. The ts50 on the other hand is an ugly mother, it trys to look classy and racecar but ends up looking autobarn.

Its mainly the bug eyes I don't like, it would look better with the regular AU headlight assemblies and a different grill I reckon.

Is Aurion actually Australian-designed or a Japanese car?

Here's an Australian-designed Aurion-beater from 1971. A bit conservative looking but neat, front wheel drive, transverse IL6 engine, interior so big the seats converted to a double bed. Any guesses?

I think the EA is a very nice looking car and the FG shape is a nice flowing type of style. The BA GTP was a very aggressive muscly looking car (without the stripes in my opinion) and I liked the AU II XR8's.

T3? I would have loved to have owned one of the TS50 models but as I was working overseas at that time I missed out. Great looking car and the story behind it was a great read, in of all things - Wheels magazine!

From Holden, I liked the HK Monaro GTS, the girl in the body fitting suit sold me on it!

Aggressive Toyota,lol that's special grandad
If sigma wagons were never made my list would include in no particular order,
s2/3- te/s50
g6et with factory 19s(seduce colour)
blue meanie
e3 gts without ugly e3 mags(white colour)
eb/d boxcar
that's only if sigma wagons were never in the contention,im not sure if the model sigma im loving is a mitsi or chrysler,i should be ashamed for not knowing that, brown over light brown/cream 2 tone paint and 4 speed manual with 2.4 astron powerhouse, omg hows the serenity...
My list could change at any time, thats all I could think of right now.
Just thinking of my dream combination sigma sends me into overdrive,i need a sit down and a nice cup of tea;)
