Thats fair enough. When you have the cash I cannot recommed it enough. You will absolutely love it. It will make a big difference to your training.

yeah i found one im in love with. Avanti Blade 2.0 missus said im fine to get it as long as i sell my bike i have now.

did a 40k ride today just because i felt like it.. who woulda imagned id ever do that on a sunday haha

ride to work which is only just under 7 K's takes 17min. then we ride 24ks and it takes about 50min or so

That depends on how far you ride as well as the terrain. I have been back on the bike for 5 weeks now and I'm up to 10 hours per week. Riding by myself I'm averaging 25 to 28 km/h and in a bunch/race 35 to 45 km/h. The overall average for the week is usually around 30 km/h.
