Same here ignition. Sorry to hear that Fairmont. Whats the reason ? Your getting rid of it, or insurance wont fix it ? It wouldnt cost much to replace the parts on it would it ?

it will cost a bit to repair it otherwise id have it back. Needs a full respray basically and the mech reackons the auto is stuffed so who knows about the rest of the driveline, cause my auto wasnt stuffed before. Not to mention they want 3500 for the salvage figure plus viv and rerego and rwc so theres a quick 1000 in paper work it really adds up very quickly.

Im thinking el ghia, but yea wait and see seems a few really nice ones out there quite cheap. Meanwhile i got my dads au to drive so im not in a rush ill wait till i find exactly what i want.
