It can be, but you'd have a hard time proving that it wasn't a natural product.

E100 Curcumin Orange-yellow colour; derived from the root of the curcuma plant, but can be artificially produced

That's how they get around it. ''no added msg''......they didn't add any in it, but the company they source their products from did. Another example is ''herbs and spices'' or ''onion/celery powder''...that stuff is packed with flavour enhancers. I also love the title ''100% fresh''...I can take a dump in the backyard and call it fresh.

Yes, I've seen people whinge loudly when they've had it pointed out that the "lowest fixed point" under the car is actually below the level of their rims. They honestly can't see what the problem is...

Interesting as this comes back to another of mine:

How come if a Bee makes Honey from pollen is it deemed "natural", but if a human makes things it is "artificial" ?

If you can make something useful from pollen, I'll call it natural.

Why is it you can have a long conversation with your better half and decide quite amicably and with out any sort of fuss on the purchase of an item, but when there's a problem, she always wanted the other one we looked at

Why is it that the supermarkets now have different shaped shopping trolleys so that where W*****rths and C*l*s (I sensor them like swearing) are in the same complex, the trolleys don't nest into each other so the trolleys back out into the driveways and the supermarkets don't clear the trolleys as often as they used to.

Damned supermarkets, merchants of evil.

Why is it.... When you try and sell a 32 year old car people seem to think the thing should be in brand new condition.
Why is it... When the drop kick tyre-kickers come have a look at your 32 year old car they spend an hour looking at every detail, keep smacking the drivers door on the bricks and almost rip the transfer case out because the dumb ***ts cant get it in low on concrete.
Sigh... No wonder i get grumpy and want to crack skulls.
PS.. If you want a car with nothing wrong with it go buy a fu**in new car.

Why is it every time you try to sell something for a reasonable price lowballers harass you incessantly. I've advertised a 2yo tractor and implements for a very reasonable price yet 2 people insist on texting me every second day after their lowball offers. Luckily I'm a polite fellow - "No thanks" is all I say...

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is flavour enhancer E621 (E621 being its food additive code) and flavour enhancer E635 is Disodium Ribonucleotides.

The package is correct, it has no added MSG.

Though that doesn’t change the fact it still tastes like crap.

That when you've been hanging out for some maccas and you've hit the drive thru, you can put your house on it that they'll forget the 1 item you've wanted the most and you dont realize until you get home..

I consciously look for this behaviour if I'm heading to Launceston from Ulverstone or further, about 120klm drive.

My trick then is to drop back a short distance so I appear "not to be a threat", & when I know there's an overtaking opportunity coming in the next few k's, I'll bide my time....gradually get closer again... & then POUNCE!!!

The problem that my actions create though is that then I become "their challenge". Often they'll catch me again in 10 to 15 k's, tailgate me & pass me again. At some point you just have to be the bigger man & let them go.
Chances are there's someone following them too just waiting for a chance to show the world that THEY can get in the lead. LOL...let'em go.

I try not to be competitive, I really do try, but if you subconsciously lay down that type of challenge, or you're are simply not paying attention to what you're doing, then I might as well open up 6000rpm of 4.0L fuel injected grunt & leave you in my wake sucking cat' fumes!!!

Why is it I do this....'CAUSE IT'S DAMN FUN!!!
SCS was referred to earlier in the thread.

The above problem I call Overtaking syndromre
Yes I have often blasted the said syndrome affected person after their first 'speeding up' infraction in an overtaking lane situation.

Best part of the V8 is I don't drop back to get a run up.

Worst part is the cops sit in these spots as they have already identified Overtaking Syndrome as a great source of revenue from a predictable location.

I'd actually rather have that than a modern style-less, cookie-cutter, everyone-has-one, camper van...and as long as it's the six cylinder version it should go OK.
