The legendary Chev El Camino...I love every El Camino from 1959 right up to the mid 80's.

For me one of the best looking vehicles of recent times is the Audi S5 and RS5.
Beautiful lines and the 4.2 V8 sounds absolutely incredible with some revs on board. Here's a video of the engine note: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6c7sXp-q_o |

This thread needs a Not Safe For Work warning. That Blue tricolore F40 up the page is pure porn.
Do want.

While I agree with everything in post 14, the original GT 40 was so far ahead of its time in so many ways.
Let’s not forget about the GTX-1.

the gtx-1 looks very sexy without a roof, much better than other manufacturer's efforts at no/black roof

Thread is over now and can be locked since best looking car in the world has now been found. Edit: But first I'll throw in the second best looking car in the world, I've loved these things ever since I was a kid.

Best looking "attainable" car in the world for my money is a Series One Jaguar XJ6...
Seriously...they're an absolutely beautiful car, and not out of reach of most people...a lot go for a song. Too many with Chev V8's in them though...I always wondered how one would be with something like a twin cam Barra six in it out of a Falcon...at least you're maintaining the character of a big twin cam six like the Jaguar engine with one of those... |

Bingo...they're just beautiful...styled well, comfortable, handle great. The original Jag six is a magnificent motor...until it needs a rebuild, which is why so many are running around with Chev (and other) V8's...in fact, to fit a Chev small block you have to lower the front springs for a level ride height because the mouse motor is so much lighter than the huge iron DOHC Jaguar six cylinder...
