Default HARD Question

: Voted for the Falcon, but if we can have a new GT Mussy with 300+ KW's for 78k then the dream may become real. :

78k? It wouldn't ever need to be that high had Ford US thought about making it RHD... Mid 50s and it would sell like face masks in Mexico.

I'm Mustang all the way. The reason I like the Falcons is because Ford doesn't offer a high performance 4dr sedan here in the states. They tried with the Mercury Merauder but it was too luxury and priced too high and failed.

The 2003 Mercury Merauder is a very rare car indeed. I have yet to see on in the states.

I am posted yet again in the states and I have had the pleasure to have a 2010 Mustang V6. Quality, especially the interior its miles ahead of the 2005-2009 model. Finally they have some soft feel plastic for the dash and door grips. It still has the retro Mustang look and feel which is great.
The suspension is much more refined though things still get frog hoppy on mid corner bumps on rough rutted roads.

Overall I like it and its a fun car to have while being state side.

One of the magazines over here rated the Mustang GT (despite a power and cubic deficiency) the best compared to the Camaro SS and the Challenger in a 3 way pony car comparo. It won because it was the closest feel to the original light and fun Pony car of the 60's and 70's.

I have seen one. It was black. You could tell it was just a slightly sportier version of the Grand Marquis (Crown Vic). It still looked outdated. I would say too old fashioned, not too luxurious.

my 71 fastback is technically the longest, widest, lowest, fastbackiest (14 degree rear window) of all the first gen classics.

Yet I struggle to fit in the bl00dy thing. (I'm 6 foot 1", solid, not really fat.)
They're deceiving ...the cockpit is quite small.
As much as I love the stangs, I'll take a nice big luxury Falcon with kahuna's any day...

Why choose, just get both

The Mustang to have is the Shelby SuperSnake (IMO). Nothing this side of things comes close at the moment.

The FPV to have, well I'll reserve my judgement until September.
