Putting all the politics aside they have increased competition from other brands which would always be an issue eventually and right now it is BYD. But politically conservatives are not the ones who buy these cars so in that respect not so smart. I have no interest in either personally.

Then you get to the value of the company. Is it overvalued period, how much of that value is due to him and would it crash harder if the board got rid of him. I'd be really ****ed if I was in Tesla and if I had the money I want to risk I'd short the shit out of it.

Either way it does not excuse people to damage other peoples property. You'd think by now people would know a Tesla has cameras all around

EV’s are a scam, if you believe they’re “saving the planet” watch the 7 Spotlight show on the devastation their manufacturing is creating.

They’ll get a lot cheaper because there are fewer moving parts, China will dump them here 100%

In an accident they’re a write off, in 5 years the resale is terrible.

I’ll stick with my V8 Mustang, the Mrs prefers her Escape Vignale.

The 7 Spotlight was a hatchet job. That incident with the electric viking was in November last year. They've been sitting on this for months.

1. Nickel from Indonesia is not used in EV batteries or any batteries. You need Class 1 Nickel which theirs is not. Guess where they get their Nickel from? Australia and Canada

2. 90% of EVs sold in Australia don't even use Nickel!! They use LFP batteries that don't have Nickel

3. If you really care about the Indonesian people in that story, stop buying anything stainless steel (70% of Nickel is used for Stainless steel; you know your kitchen sinks, water tanks, almost all our cars, etc).

4. Your Mustang V8 with Alloy Coyote and Escape both use more Nickel than EVs running LFP batteries which is the 90% in Australia.
