Normally i don't have me phone with me but this morning was an exception, a late 50's or early 60's Mercedes-Benz 300D Adenauer Saloon (W189) at my local shopping centre (had to come home and look it up) it looked completely original.
I cannot remember the last time i seen one of these old girls....

Spotted a mint looking BA XR8 sedan in Blood Orange today, complete with the optional 18 inch alloy wheels. Always loved that colour.

Sparkling burgundy AU1 Fairmont Ghia with full body kit and 17s, V8, outside Myaree Repco. Although sun faded, the car had been set with the perfect suspension height and in the late afternoon sun looked every bit the designer's intention and just plain hawt.

Spotto'ed a Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am down at Victor on Australia Day. Saw it twice on the day but not fast enough to get a photo. Been thinking about it since.

Haven't seen one of these in black before. Elderly lady driver, I smiled when she said it was the "last one off the line" , not the first time an FGX owner has told me that. |
