Hi Jack, Your baby is looking ORSM and you deserve what you achieved over the last few weeks. Why don't you ask any member that has chrome mirrors to let you try on the covers to see what they look like on? Just a thought. Either way way still it will look ORSM.

Cheers

Big John

Chrome scalps would look good, it just depends what sort of look you're after. Another option is black scalps combined with a really dark window tint and black B-pillars. I think that would suit the overall look of the car even better, as well as wheels. The chrome will give the car more elegant/luxury look, black more sporty/race-car look.

Remove the boot spoiler and fit quads and she'll will be perfect!

And congrats on the trophy mate, very happy to see you win an award! Well deserved!

Once again Autoworks have taken the keys to my car and will be finishing all of the little details that I missed out on last time around.

Cant wait to see the outcome Jack.

Marty the misses car will look great with the duct tape and wheels. You getting white duct tape?

I really need to take mine in to get the front rotors replaced, calipers painted and my sports rear calipers put on. I might pop down and talk to them next week.

Matt

I really enjoyed Heathcote. There was alot to take in. My times were consistent throughout the day and realised how I can start getting my times down. Overall I am pretty happy with it all, it was a great experience to have had a whole w/end of quarter mile racing and setting myself my first PB of a 15.26 @ 92.35 MPH pass on street tyres. Now i have something to aim at.
Wow.. these shots are great.

Well after some considerable time not posting anything up in here, I have made a few small changes and have added some small bits along the way.

Some of these small changes have been...

I have replaced the interior carpet as it was stuffed due to a leaking battery spilling over and melting the carpet.

Once the engine was installed, the F6 CAI was replaced with a BPR CAI and the car is now sporting a healthy 157RWKW stock.

The rocker cover has also been resprayed in 2 pack and is now changed over just in time for Geelong All Ford Day.

I have also added a few more cleaned up bits to finish off the overall look.

And vuoila.. just finished cleaning the engine bay before sun down.

Thats about it for now. What do you guys think?

Thanks guys. I actually got the thermostat housing and the drip tray chromed up as i was continually cleaning and polishing them. Now I just have to polish up the intake pipe again and start going over all of the hoses. Then, its into the interior we go.
