Check the EGO sensor my brother car had a problem where it wouldnt start and it turned out to be a fualty EGO sensor.

Is there movement of air out of the exhaust as your are cranking it over.

02 sensor is fine, exhaust is fine.

The engine is just dead, new engine being built.
