**** me, who is it that was running at 105mph with a N/A 6 on gas? Is that a straight gas setup i assume?
I'll pay the entry fee for the owner for next weekend at the fordmods drag day to see this.
Running at 105mph would mean you're well into the 13's then?
Thats some pretty damn impressive times for the N/A 6's.

**** me were you there

did you see trick-xd run that time if not how the hell can you post a responce like that

i was there and yes he was running gas the servo stuff not as others have called it happy gas

he ran a 13.77 @ 100+ mph

as far as grechie goes i know his car had more in it

he ran his car at the geelong dyno day his got 155rwkw mine got 134rwkw on a 35+ deg day

he has run a 14.??? quarter mile my best is a 15.46 q/mile so im guessing that once you hit the 140-150rwkw mark that it is harder to get the rwkw/ 1/4 mile times down

now this is not a i dont believe that you got that result thread but how the hell do i get there thread

so all im saying is all the morons that dont think it is right go for a ride and see for your self

i have and it was fun

Don't worry man, your times at the track will do all the talking

BTW, rip shifters are a pain in the ***, I don't know if my box is buggered or something but I reckon I could probably shift gears just as quick with a stock shifter, but the spring loaded 2nd to 3rd thing comes in handy!

I never got to use one, but for a better 2-3 shift would be worth it alone I reckon!

Guys enough with the bickering. Times have been run, figures have been made. No need to ask so many questions about fine detail.

These people worked it out for themselves, their mods are have been documented if you take the time to search. ET's and MPH have been noted, who cares about the stuff in between.

We are all on the same team here.

Well **** me for asking a question 'Mr. Heljas'.
I didn't realise everyone in the world answers to you
I'm asking his setup, and how he ran those times because they are extremely good.
I was asking if it was a straight gas setup, not a Nitrous injected setup. You do understnad what a staright gas setup is? I was asking because if it was a duel fuel setup as opposed to a 'straight gas' setup then the times are even more impressive. As he would also have a gas and petrol tank in the car. Also, you were there and quote 100+mph when Trick Xd (?) said it was 105mph, did you actually see the run, cause to me it sounds like you're living someone else's life and quarter mile times and don't even know the exact details...

Why don't some people like yourself just chill the **** out.
It's not like i have a vested interest or something to prove in here. All you sound like is another keyboard warrior with your head so far up your *** the words on your screen are becoming a blur...

OK ladies, breathe, do a search for the last heathcote meet if you want more details about tricks setup, yes its duel fuel. I was there also, and I couldn't believe it either.

Anyway, back to Grechies car...

Good time man, don't worry about what everyone else thinks and says, Its YOUR car and you know the truth. If they can't accept it, they need to build a bridge and get over it & themselves. I never thought I would see an E series pull that, but you did. Congratulations.

Grechie.Dont listen to the critics. They are the ones who want to derail your efforts because you are worthy and your car is worthy.

Looking at your air fuel ratios you can do with some more fuel.Something in the fuel system is not keeping up with your engine.Maybe even bigger injectors or adjustable fuel regulator? It is still leaning out..it is amazing..there is more in it mate.

Bigger injectors will make it too fat in the 3000 area and it will loose power and start to really affect the day to day drive ability, he needs to tune to maximise what he has and check what duty cycle his injectors are at

True true. I expected the injectors to cope but I think he has got some serious flow happenning there!!

As Ratter said, it's not a case of the injectors not coping, it is more the fact the the ecu is not opening them long enough at the right time.
A bigger injector will still open the same amount of time, but flow more all the time, so areas where it is good, will become rich.basically it will move the WHOLE a/f ratio table up a notch. You have to get in the ecu and tune /map it.
