i think gps units are a bad thing to have in cars ... they always end up getting broken into and flogged

It is believeable mate. This time with the alarm going too. They didnt take anything or damage anything that wasn't damaged.

No stress Frank. I was not phased by it. Some moron broke into a car with alarm to steal broken things.Sucks be to them..heheh. I have just realised from the last time to avoid leaving valuables in the car. During work I have a big steel box which is bolted to the floor and then padlocked ridiculously.

I was joking to my kids about it on the way home..we were laughing about it.

I dont understand what povo is mate.It cant help advertising having the signage. The breakin was exactly the same as the attack last December.Maybe they remembered my car? Any way ..it happens.

A guy who comes into work had his car broken into. GPS etc stolen.

He removed the cradle from the windscreen but the cop told him that the suction marks on the windscreen are enough to get thieves interested.

My daughter had her front passenger window smashed and a Myer plastic carry bag removed from the passenger side floor.

All the bag had in it was rubbish from clean out of the car...

I think if thieves are around where your car is there's not much we can do :(

Sounds like to me that there needs to be a setup and some sort of surveillance, leave your car there.. and do a bit of a stake out.. catch these blokes.. and call the cops, time to pay back i think...

Povo pack = poverty pack = base model Falcon = usually not very appealing to thieves unless something else catches their eye.

I am getting a bit tired of it .I am going to install some type of hidden camera.See what I come up with in the future. I reinstalled the new handle today..I left the unlock rod off.
