Default Team Captains

G'day all,

Well it is time to announce the Team Captains for the day. The reason I am doing it now is so the swelling of their heads can go down and they have a chance to get their helmets on. Here goes:

Team Six - Rod "Rolling Jaffa"

Team Eight - Matt "Jabba"

Congrats guys and I am sure you couldn't find two people more passionate about their side.

Cheers,

Ken

Holy cow, I didn't expect that Ken. Al tho I am honored you have chosen me to lead the 8's to Victory...... I do believe this time round it will be a lot harder for the 8's to win as I know some of the T6's that are going out there are going to be pretty dam fast....

See you all out there
Matt

QLD raceway is boring, Besides Morgan Park is a true drivers track, there are so many different corners to adjust to and a nice set of esses that leeds onto the main straight...Overall the track is utterly brilliant to drive on.

I am no comittee member, but I am having troubles trying to understand what you are after from the e-mail....A membership form? or invitation to morgan park? in which the latter you must be a member to be able to enter...

You won't get a virus from an email, but some of the members are a bit suspect :

Yeah, he has found a way to get that honda blower to spin the other way. Only it has to sit ontop of his motor, now needs a huge hole in bonnet.

Thanks to all, I accept the challange.
I think the 8's are already running scared so this should be great
to lead the 6,s to an outright victory over the 8,s.
Keep it safe
Keep it fast
Keep it fun

As a member of the events commitee I wish my best to both teams.

As a V8 team member go the 8's!

To the 6's team, I was wondering if I could borrow an engine off one of the 6's as I need a spare starter motor for my car.

The Warwick weather forcast has improved a bit.
Sat: sunny, wind 12kph WSW, temps 12 - 25. Great day for playing!

Sun: sunny, wind 5kph SSE, temps 8 - 20. That cool morning air will help return the brain to some form of normality ... both those affected by over imbibing at the Horse & Jockey, and the V8 guys from that feeling of hopelessness at be vanquished!

How sad is this... I have a second engine lined up incase mine breaks on sat.

I have told my old man that he has to pick me up from Warrick if my engine lets go. (Oh yeah I told him also to bring a car trailer)
