From the pics thus far we can deduce that there will be: Front parking sensors (park assist on high series?) Rain sensing wipers DAB radio and Sync? LED running lights in the headlight a-la Audi Still waiting to see if there will be proximity key entry. E: I wonder also if they have expanded the voice control function. At the moment it is just for the phone, does Sync require full voice functionality?

Not only that, every car ive had ive always driven with my lights on. My old car had 5 sets of globes in 2.5yrs. With my current car having DRL's i have no need to have my lights on and thankfully aswell. I dont really wanna replace Xenons every 6mths

i've always used headlights on highway trips, and i do a lot of them - don't need to in the Rio.

When i start my Rio up in the garage at night it is quite obvious how white and clear the drl's are compared to the headlights and their yellow glow
Quite a good thing i reckon .... DRL's for the win |

hmmm.
instead of all this talk about what its going to look like. you get the basic idea. use your imagination. the interesting detail is that thing next to the headlight, looks to me like a bit of billet-type styling on the interiors. must be a detail on the g6 range Last edited by dirtyclevo; 27-05-2014 at 08:37 PM. |

Though it may be called "blind faith" under a lot of circumstances; the loyalty, and enthusiasm, demonstrated by Ford and Holden supporters must be second-to-none in the automotive world. This thread, the photoshops, and the employee-leaked images are testament to that. It's really quite a shame to be losing the two staples of this demographic. The Ford v Holden battle for supremacy has always been a fairly prominent fixture of the motoring enthusiasts landscape in this part of the world for as long as I can remember.
Here's to the end of a legendary era... |

There's something about that Black pic that doesn't make me go whoa.. maybe it's just because it's a pic, hopefully in real life it will look much better.
I don't mind it, it just doesn't give me that wow factor that I thought it would, well not yet anyway. |

people go to the internet to read car reviews now, and if you let some corrupt ****** from carsales (Paul Pottinger) or one of the big auto sites in australia do a review and go out of his way to make a huge deal out of irrelevant ****. because what will happen is people take this seriously and avoid it like the plague. get recognized people to do it, instead of these self proclaimed jeremy clarksons. RACQ does fantastic reviews. Last edited by dirtyclevo; 27-05-2014 at 08:37 PM. |

And these two blokes are the type of people that socialise a lot and have the gift of the gab, so they talk. No wonder Ford have the reputation that they do. |

FG xr8 were around $45,000 when they came out. Auto was extra on the xr8 back then but will come with it standard, with the manual option.
I reckon the new one will be around the same price. $45,000, Its a bargin seeing what you can buy for the same price these days, top of the range mazda 6 is just under $50,000. the ford makes the mazda look like a wuss as for the rest of the range, I'd say it will be around the same price. |
