I bought an Xforce system to suit a BA-BF XR8 and thought I'd see if it would fit my Fairlane Ghia.
I know of the different wheelbases etc but thought I'd rip off the standard system and see what needed changing. After this I put the stock system back on again. All up took me about 1.5hrs on the driveway. Cat back only

This is my poor excuse of an exhaust at the moment which Im still deciding what to do with. Yesterday my coupe has touched the ground after sitting on axle stands for god knows how long. Might push it out for a wash. Excuse the mess. The shed is a disgrace at the moment.

Fitted some new indicators to my XG ute where they sit in the bull bar. I could never work out why the previous owner had them disconnected, but a quick look underneath showed the wiring had been cut with what looked like scissors and then taped up. WTF? The lights themselves didnt even work, so I went and bought some new Narva direct replacements, some decent 2 pin plugs to wire them into the main wiring harness (they had used friggin Scotch locks, ergh) across the front of the car and soldered up all the connections to make it all good 'n proper Now people can see if I am turning left or right from directly in front of me!

Fitted new rear grab handles I made into the new headlining.
Re-adjusted the Land Rover indicator stalk I bought for the Corty so it cancelled in both directions. Refitted the airflow hoses under the dash. Tidied and got rid of a fair bit of extra unnecessary wiring from a previous stereo fitment. I now just have the original in it's proper place. |

Sanded off the excess Sikaflex I had in a few spots along the side strips after removing them to paint, got some delicious creamy 98, used the lazy-mans spray gun wash (and even some tyre shine!), drove to work using the loud-pedal lots to make sure the new catback is working right

No. I thought you might have meant the whole lot, ie trims.
It seems I have a door trim fetish at the moment. Can't seem to find a good set. On a side note for the thread, after trying to chase a faulty coil, using second hand coils, I finally just purchased a new set. Intermittent faults are impossible, and they all test the same resistance....grrr.
