I'm looking for a solution to the corroded Coolant bypass tubes on a AU Windsor.

Similar to these EB ones.

Is there a source for them or failing that, is there a workaround?

Hey mate,

These eight bolts, they’re the self tapping type. What’s their availability status, price?

Is HM1 a bolt?

I’d think size is about M8x30mm, they’re a thread-forming trilobular bolt with probably a 10mm hex head.

Else it will likely be on the page that has the tub/sheetmetal elements.

HM1 Is described as a bolt and it says you need 4 of them?

Trying to find a pic but no luck.

No bolts in sheet metal section.

What about HS3? I am trying to get an image of one to compare.

If so they are available at $5 each.

For the coolant bypass tubes on a AU Windsor this may fit (ebay Motors USA) https://www.ebay.com/itm/18589516492...Bk9SR_zlqezyZA Especially if the part number is similar.

I am sure HS3 is what you need, can get $5 each.

This should be the right one?

Hi mate,

It’s going to be a couple of days until I can pull up the back of a tub liner and document what’s there. My vague memory from about 2018, was that it had TapTite bolts holding the metal down, very similar spec to the tailgate hinge bolts but possibly one size smaller. Definitely the ones affixing the liner to the metal were something like your image.

That image came from the WSM on this site; I think B-series, probably BA.
