Not just today but in the last ten days fitted

new plugs, ignition leads, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and new oil, brake fluid, wiper blades and (L) side front and rear ABS sensors. Still trying to track a cruise control fault.

Sometimes you just gotta accept defeat no matter how close the goal may be. At least now he could see 10s with the NA work he has done. It's a big *** turbo he is putting on. I for one am very excited to see what can be done with it.

Bought a new battery for it.
Went to the local tip,backed up to the tipface, unloaded a uteful of rubbish, jumped back in, turned the key and all I got was "click click click".


On the upside, after replacing battery, I stopped at McDonald's for some breakfast and was given someone else's order.

And they paid tons more than I did.

Every cloud has a silver lining I guess.

Just paid for some new Whiteline adjustable sway bars for the BF.

30mm front, 22mm rear.

$408 delivered from fleabay.

Lucky I didn't get them last week as they are at 20% off now.

Replaced the heater tap that decided to crumble at maccas, spewing steam everywhere on the XR8.


Replaced the brake switch on the EL...

Chemi weld Was on the way to Adelaide, made it to Horsham.. turned around & limped it to Stawell.. Spent a couple of hours chemi welding it, then drove it home to ballarat without hassle

It also got a bleeding too now it dont pull when i brake

Emptied prado , fitted towbar to au painted and wired , changed out 4 speed to a t5 in the pano .yesterday ...and painted front end of pano today ...bored

hand polished my VH, cut, cut + polish, polish + wax
adjusted the panhard bar in the VH
did 0-100 tests in all my cars
VX wagon 9.4s (just flattened it and let the auto do the work)
WT Fiesta 10.4s (gave it all it had)
VH wagon 10.4s (road the clutch on take off and shifted at 5000rpm)
all got the same 1/8 mile time same 60ft time and same 0-60kmh time
the VX had the legs in the end though

Changed oil and filter on BLUEY (BFGT )
cleaned out the herrod catch cans.
Adjusted my Shockworks coilovers up a few notches and went for a nice drive and took Lamb of God with me for company........lock and load ....Rock n'Roll. Any opportunity to hear that Boss motor sing and I'm gone........
