Greetings all. I own a 2011 Diesel Territory. My wife accidently filled it and ran it on unleaded fuel for a short period. Does anyone out there know what the financial cost of this is when your insurer excludes it from their policy? Pump and injectors $16,000!!! Throw in a new engine for another $20,000.
At this point I am collecting the car and hopefully it won't break down. If it does I will be $16,000 poorer at best.

Hi all,

Newbie here.

Had many Fords over the years - XY, XB 302, XD 302, Ford Transit (not so cool), BA XR8. Currently I have an EB Fairmont - very tidy but just a daily drive.

I'm in the market for something nice again ie quick etc. I like cars that are a bit rare & hopefully collectable - kinda keen on a TE50. Any owners out there, what are your thoughts? Any members have one for sale - manual & low klm's?

Many thanks,

Gary

Shouldn't be $16 grand.. my old boss put unleaded in his patrol diesel and cost him roughly $1000 to get it back on the road, tank and fuel line flush, clean/replace pump and injectors... that sort of thing

Hi All

Am building up a parts collection to build a V8 trike. It's going to use a windsor 302 and c4. Guessing this place is where to be for help with that. Looking forward to getting a good look around here.

cheers

Hi everyone- I'm a Yank living in Thailand and I just purchased a 3.2 Wildtrak (in chilli orange)- I actually haven't taken delivery of it yet as it's being prepped by the dealer (I was lucky to get one at all- both the 2.2 and 3.2 Wildtraks are extremely scarce over here due to last year's floods, and most of the current production is scheduled to go to Australia)- I should have it in 7-10 days (I need to make delivery arrangements as I'm not very close to the Bangkok dealer I bought it from).

It seems you guys have all the cool toys and accessories (I haven't even been able to source a tonneau cover here- the manufacturers have said it will be months until they bring them in as there are still so few Wildtraks on the road).

This forum looks like a great place for info.

Hi Guys, I have been on this site for a few years but never posted. Just wanted to say hello. I have a Ford Territory which I now have in Prestwick, Scotland. Rather than sell it I brought back to Scotland with me but now I have the problem of getting parts for servicing and such.
Cheers Billy

Hi guys. thought I'd finally get around to post on your forum. I've been the proud owner of the one and only 2004 DJR 320 ute all these years and loved every second of it. It's been my daily driver and I'm still not tempted to upgrade.
For all those doubters out there, Rob Herrod really did make a DJR ute and its been in Sydney all this time.
Got any questions? Let me know.
