hello everyone..
Would like to say a big hello to all the forum members. I work in the automotive industry for a few years now and would hopefully help our member with information / wiring diagrams if they require some help. |

Hi All.
Picked up my 06 Ghia (AWD), last week. 100 K on the clock, just had both recalls done. No problems at all from Peter warren Ford doing it, actually very helpful. Love the Terry. The fuel consumption is a little high atm (17 lts/100km), though. Only have put the cleaner through the tank at the moment. Looking at cleaning the throttle body out and having the injectors professionally cleaned, any other ideas would be helpful? (neside telling the missus to slow down...already done that!!!! Thanks in advance. Brendan PARRY. |

Hi,
Just joined up to try and get some info. I have a 2011 SZ TS Diesel RWD Territory that I am trying to set up for towing the caravan. I previously did 2 Falcon wagons myself but have found this car a real challenge doing yhe electric brake unit. I would like to know where to connect off the brake light wire, preferably behind the drivers kick panel.I wish I had known about the forum before I started the job. |

Hi Guys,
I'm a newbie to this forum but I love my fords. My first car was a TC Cortina and have had a couple of Falcons since. I currently have a BF Fairlane and an 07 Ranger TD. I'm looking forward to seeing all the mods other guys do and maybe helping someone out occasionally. |

Evening all new to this Forum .I am currently running an BAXR6 ute that like me is getting long in the tooth but unless I win lotto would'nt trade it for Quids [dollars to the younger generations].Also like me it's showing signs of wear and this seems like the place to get advice on some problems that are developing. So I'm off to trawl the sight.Merry Xmas all.

Hello boys and girls,
I've been lurking on the forum for a week or so to get the skinny on my intended purchase, an AU2 Fairlane. Today is the day I went to have a look and it was too good to go past so I am now the owner of an August 2002 AU Fairlane Sportsman V8; a damn happy camper I am too. Here's a crap phone picture of my new girl. I'll leave my introduction post there because I want to start and build thread and ask a few questions. Cheers Muz |

Hi everyone, this is a great forum you guys have lots of info. I just bought a 05 ba fairmont mk11 its a great car. I have one small problem after 70km/h it seems to get a side to side wobble in the rear end, it gets worse the faster you go. I have had the diff bushes and all the other rear end bushes checked out and are ok. The wheel aligment is also ok. dose anybody have any ideas where to go from here?

Hi folks Sory Im not into really flashy cars not because I dont want to be but the wild life around here sort of forbids it
we have wild horses, Camels, Cattle, foxs, and of course the dreaded drop Roos Roos that hide behind trees like a little radar buddy in the big smoke then pick the moment that you dont have a show in hell of stopping to cross the road normaly in one leap sometimes they get to touch the road before you hit them other times you get em in mid air and if you ever decide to hit a horse at night pick the bigest one you can that way you can sorta tunnel under it and come out alive will attach a couple of pic of the last 3 years cars no sence in having a new one it takes 9 months to get it panel beated and the results are normally rubbish with nothing ever lining up again Last edited by le_angel; 29-11-2012 at 10:09 PM. Hi All. Just joined and and thought I would say hello. Last few cars have been Nissan Maximas which have been ultra relaible but now it is time to update our current maxima. On looking at the latest Maxima, which drives very well indeed, my wife and I decided it was too small inside and we had to look for alternatives. We finally settled on the new SZ Terrritory after we took one for a test drive just to see what it was like but not really considering it as an alternative. My wife and I were very impressed. So impressed that we put down a deposit on one that day. I must admit being concerned with Ford reliablity but the drive was that good we decided to take a chance.
Hopefully we will be able to take delivery of the car this coming Monday. It is a Havana (hard colour to get a hold of) TS SZ Diesel RWD. Best Regards, Mark |

Hi all,
I'm new here, come looking for info on getting my wheels happy on the road. I drive a AU2 that has recently had the following work done to it. 2 x Alternators (killed by oil from power steering) :( High pressure power steering pipe Radiator reserve bottle Radiator Front pads and disks Water pump (after broken pump pulley) Air con compressor and re-gas Unblocked the waste water tube on the air con. (no more swimming pool in the car) Replaced the passenger side power window winder thingy. (failed again after a month so is now chocked closed with a block of wood) Next job.... Drop the pan off the automatic trans and fin a kit. (Keeps jumping out of gear on right turns when cold) Whew..... |

Hey howzitgoin? My names Bob, brand new to this forum lark, just got an old 02 Futura wagon and I'm wanting to find out all the tips, advice and tricks to keep the car going. I've had Fords mostly for the last thirtyodd years, back in PommyLand and here from '96. Here I've tried an '81 XD, a'99 AU and now this '02 BA wagon which I thinks great for its practical size having kids and all the associated tackle! But also I like the power this things got but not stupid things sorry technical improvements !? The icc unit being the main one. Any ways, thanks in advance and Cheers to Ford,Eh?
