Default Happy birthday to me!.... BLOODY CRASHHH!!!

just a few pics of what i was awoken too this morning at about 6... good birthday present i think. someone crashing into my ute. (justin had bought it but i guess thats off now)

How someone could be so STUPID as to drive off the road, crash into a car, and leave an oil trail right to were they left said car. the car is a silver vs commodore with the radiator touching the motor. Cops said the car is from whyndam vale (about 5-10 km out of Werribee) I hope this guy gets reemed by the long donga shaped arm of the law!

the person was no where to be seen, lucky him. the cops should give me a call in the next couple of days.

if you look in one of the skidmark pics you can see the deflection when one usless spastic smashed into the ute and did a runner.

just to clarify. this guy drove the vs for about 5km before presumably running out of oil. the oil trail led me straight to the car.

the car is locked up so i doubt its stolen and the cops dont think it is either. we also have an eye witness seeing the vs drive down the street with a smashed front end. my old man woke me up and said hey mate, you know that ute, its just been smashed and the guy ran off. spewin! lol and tribal your pretty much right too, only 1 other car in the street, and a light pole 6 feet from the ute. the vs had fishing rods in the back and a fishing line with a sinker hanging out the boot. so i think he was fishing and drinking all night at werribee south beach and then fell asleep. thanks for the comments hopefully this massive vagina gets what he has coming

If he was drunk I bet he reported it stolen, around about now when he "got out of bed".

If he is "smart" enough to do that he can be done for making a false statement to police (on top of whatever other charges await him), if the car is locked as has been said it's pretty difficult to claim it was stolen. How many car thieves do you know that lock the car after they've smashed it and done a runner??

Spewing Josh. Looks like a hard hit. The XE seemed to fare better than the Commodore though! However the hell you do that, I don't know though

Happy birthday by the way. Hope the rest of the day goes better for you

Happy Birthday mate.

Bummer about the ute though. You should ba able to extort some $$ out of him for the damage though. Only problem is if was drunk the insurance co. walks away. hopefully he just 'tired' and they pay up.

Mate the law stinks as I'm not sure 100% if drunk or drug affected person hit my old EB parked out the front of my place and drove about 1km down the road before his ute could not steer any more.
He left the car unlocked and was picked up down the road by police after another motorist reported him walking in the middle of the road. By the time I made the report to police he was already in the lock up.

Now the part that makes me angry as he denies driving the car as the ute had earlier been reported for sideswiping another car . But no one could undentify who was driving. The police at Knox told me to go to my insurance or take legal action against him as there was no one to certify 100% he was the driver and he could get of the driving charge and only fined for minor offence.
In the end I fixed the car myself at a cost of $700 with change over Rack, 2 tie rod ends, 1 bottom ball joint, 2 new tyres and a front end alignment
No matter what you think people lie and are dishonest so I hope it works out better for you than it did for myself. A couple of pics of the incident.
