At this point im guessing its an electric fault. The hand brake light on the dash goes off every time i go on boost and sometimes turns on/off randomly... i cant seem to figgure out why. I have checked the fuses but havent had time to pop the cluster out for a look behind. Anyone know whats happening?
The only mods my car has are K&N Pod filter and a single stage boost controler set at 11psi (according to previous owner... no boost gauge) |

doesnt sound to serious probably just a feed back or a bad earth
you might like to fiddle with the handbrake activation switch might be sticking or vibration is making it move that switch is normally around the base of the handbrake pivot

It might not be related at all, but Laser handbrake lights are also low brake fluid warning lights. Perhaps on boost it's moving the liquid around giving false readings? Check it out anyway.

Checked the handbrake and thats all sweet, however the brake fluid is in a bad need of change and yes, it is running low. Thanks for that Rob, would have never guessed that :
