Default Ford's hardlid fitting instructions

Does anybody have a copy of these available? My new lid is not far away but because its not brand new it wont come with instructions on how to fit it. Ive got the basic idea but just wanted to be 100% about it.

If someone has them, could you either post em up, or email them to me. Worse comes to worse, photocopy them and I'll pay postage to send them.

TIA

B2tf
