Default Whats a fair price for a formal run?

hey guys as the title suggests how much is reasonable to charge for my car for a formal run? Its not friend just some random who came up to me in a car park. Will involve about 40km's driving and about 1.5 hours for time to get some photos and stuff and atleast 3 hours cleaning. When i get to a comp I'll post a pic of how my car is now to help out

Have a look here http://www.formalcars.com.au/content/faq
Just be careful, there are legal implications if you charge for doing it. Check the regs in your state.

It's free mate. A friendly donation for being mates is all that's required ;)
but about $100 is probably reasonable.

I did it in my old XR6...

About 30km driving, time for photos...They just gave me a 40 of black label. Which was fair I think...

$120-$150 would be fair and reasonable I would think. Especially if you take the extra time to get your car looking shmick ;)

Fuel money and a bottle of your favourite would be the go , to think someone wants photos of this important moment with your car ...that he made the effort to ask a stranger , good stuff .

Fuel and a slab/bottle. It's pretty sweet that a random came up and approached you about it.

I got $60.00 last week. 70ks round trip, 1 hour for photos, 3 hot chickie babes. One was a mates daughter. When I opened the door for her, she was thrilled. Said a man had never opened a car door for her before. I gave her $60.00 back, the "Thankyou" card was enough for me.............
The poor buggers near cooked in the Mustang thou. It was a stinking hot night and the Stang has no air con. Couldnt put the windows down very far as it would of upset the girls hair !!!
