Default Mmmmm EA

After the recent incident with my EA, These two issues have arrised. I have checked over all the vacumn hoses, wiring, etc. I doubt anything would have changed since the radiator support only moved 1cm inwards.

Whenever I start the car, it dies instantly and then When started runs perfectly. Ive checked the ISC and it hasnt moved. Could a shunt upset it?

AND

Ive heard a few knocks when changing gear in power mode from the diff centre. Could this just be diff "back lash" or could my uni's be a little wornout now and how to you check them?

After I drove off from the incident the rubber spring seats were a little squeeky. Just concerned as I dont want the car being unsafe.

Thanks
(ohh and before ANYONE posts, the car is being insured AS SOON as the proceedings are finalised so no need to say it)
