there should be some sort of title for most km per year of manufacture. no cabs eligible..
Then maybe these cars need to pass a reasonable condition test, need to be roadworthy and still in use and we grant the award. |

Some brands like Mercedes, Volvo and Subaru give you a badge to put on your car once it has reached a km milstone like 250,000km. I dont know if they offer this in Australia though.
Be a good idea for Ford to make some badges and if you take your car to a dealer and show the odometer you get the badge to put on your grill or boot. Excellent advertising for people on the road to see how long lasting Falcons are and also a good way to get existing Ford owners a reason to pop into a dealer (and maybe check out some of the new cars there). |

~400 000 on the EA wagon still heaps of torque.
My XR6 had 247 000 on it when I sold it and it went like a beast (was heavily modded though). Dad's VS has 236 000 on it, still feels like a new car. Mum's VS has 300 000 kms on it, still pulls strong (has seen some hard kms) My 92 Camry wagon has 300 000kms on it, still goes well (except isn't working now due to clutch master cylinder).

210,000km 2002 BA 5.4 V8 3v XT auto. Has a bit of an engine tick and a whooshing 1st gear. Interior and body work still nice. Believe it's had a new radiator.
