Default Help!!! GT crashed, car needed tomorrow Brisbane!!!

Hey everyone,

Well it's official Holdens suck.

After promising Envious on here to drive his bride for his wedding tomorrow, here's the results of an old f@(&ker in an Astra stalling his car half way round an intersection in front of me an hour ago. What's the chances of that.....

Yep I'm ****ed, but the urgent thing is getting another car for Nick ( Envious ). If anyone can possibly help out tomorrow, he's just after a car to drive his bride and bridesmaid from Carina at 12.00 to Newstead park for a wedding at 1pm, then home again about 2.30pm. I was doing it as a favour, but looks like life has other plans for both of us.

If you can help, please call Nick 0422183637. Help a fellow AFF'er out!!!

FA@RK!! :

That sucks mate. I had a similar thing happen to me, expect it was on the way to the wedding, had the groom and best man in the car and some old fart in a heap of s*** holden ran a red light. Good luck with it.

Bad luck about the damage mate, I hope it does not set you back too much.

I would be happy to help your mate but two problems; 1. I live in Perth :voldar02: and 2. Once those girls had been for a ride with me they would not want to get out of the car :

I'd be willing to offer the XA if it were for the Groom and Groomsmen...........

She's a bit rough for Brides and Bridesmaids however (not to mention the 2 door/climb into the backseat thing). But she really is not a 'refined' ride.

Im sure the fellow FF.com family can come to the rescue here.

Good luck - and good luck for tommorrow Envious.

Just glad it all worked out! The yellow sure stands out on an overcast day, and I'm sure NO-ONE missed you arriving at your wedding in that puppy! Everything is good for me, it's just panel damage, and the car is quite drivable. All in all it worked out nicely. If anyone can EVER do a favor for Mr and Mrs Coyote, please feel good about doing it!!

Well after quite an eventful weekend I am finally on FF .

The most important thing of course to congratulate Mrs and Mr Envious, and Jnr Envious, a very bright and well behaved 4 year old on their wedding, it was a truly family affair, and you could see the love and respect of the greater family and friends at such an occasion.

I also have to pass on my thanks to firstly Mrs Coyote for reorganising things on the weekend to allow me to show of my baby. And of course to my two boys who spent all Saturday morning presenting it for the occasion whilst I worked.

Don't you just hate it when someones car breaks-down unexpectedly and you run into it??

Or when someone simply stalls and you run into that??

Those people should be shot.
