Question ED Bonnet??

Someone has told one of the forum guys (gthofan) that he cant fit a ED bonnet onto his EA cause it wont fit is this true?

Sounds like gibebberish to me. I know someone who fitted a ED bonnet to a EA and another guy who put a EA bonnet on a ED Gli (why?! NFI but he likes it)

I cant see anything wrong with it the mounts are the same and the width i dont think he knew what he was talking about thanks guys!!!!!!

The only thing that wont line up on an ed bonnet is an ea or eb grill. They dont bolt on.

EA and EB bonnets can have ea or eb grills
ED bonnets can only have ED grills

Unless your like mick and you MAKE it fit.

hey thanks for the responce, not to put the blame on to any body, but it was the chap from brock auto parts in lilydale, and a quote price for an ed bonnet was $300-$350

ED bonnets have raised mounts where the ED grill goes... I braught my ED bonned brand new from fords for 350, it was 50 bucks cheaper than the eb bonnet... dam i was ****ed when the EB grill wouldnt fit
