I will try and come and watch/support. Can't afford to race two weeks in a row.
Can I arrange to meet someone at the gate and come in as support vehicle/crew??
That way I get to park the ute in the pits instead of out the back of beyond.
Unless of course it is p*ssing down with rain. LOL

Cheers,

Chris

I'm hoping to get there. I'm not due to finish work till around 7:30, but I'll be trying my hardest to dissapear around 4 or so. If I fail at that, I'll go and spectate. Hopefully I'll see a certain blue EL...chasing 15.2...

Well it does sound good, but i think i need a week or two for it to settle and hopefully get a bit deeper, but it does sound good allready As for peformance well i can definately feel that too, it was dynoed at 231rwkw's after the headers were put on, last time i dynoed it the car only had a catback and 8000k's on it and it had 202rwkw's , now it has the headers and cai.

Overall im happy

Cheers
Jim

Left the best to last, 13.869 @ 101.15mph 2.171 60'(dunlop9000) and what made it the best was I smoked a SS on that last run.
What a learning curve, miss gear, stuck gear, hit limiter, sit on line frying.

It was the slipperiest night that I've been out there & I know I wasn't the only one who was finding it tough going but I matched my best time so i can't complain but I had to take off gently & still had alot of wheel spin so I'm looking forward to winter & some cold nights & hopefully better times.
I got a flat on the way home which was annoying as the same thing happened to me last time I went out there but to the otherside.

Some ****ole put a big dollop of chewing gum on my left footpeg on the bike.
I got all the way to Liverpool before I needed to stop. Well you know what happens when you need to put your foot down and you can't!!!! It almost happened.
Very awkward ride home!!!! Pricks

Glad you said that as it was so hard not to spin them, someone on here told me to take off like grandpa simpson and it worked the best.
