Isn't it time that us Mondeo drivers get their own Forum here? With the relaunch and the number purchasing the new Mondeo, it might be time to be separated from the Focus. Nothing against the lovely people who drive the Focus, but they are probably sick of us Mondeo drivers (or at least Mondeo waiters).
Any thoughts? |

If you want to have your own forum you have to ask for admin. But I have no problem with mondeo owners with us. Just keeps us a nice tight group. With a lot more knowledge. But up to everyone else.

I think keeping them together is a good thing, a lot of the engine and transmission specs and parts cross over so it's only a good thing

Has anybody done the edit to there XR5T focus and what was the result i'm just thinking of doing it to our Mondeo XR5T since it has the same engine when we get it and maybe a complete zorst system.

Add a BMC filter and complete zorst and the Mondeo would be one mid sized weapon and give a stock T a run for it's money and maybe nail it over the quarter.

I'm starting to agree with you Dusty. I keep on reading posts for the Focus because it's hard to distinguish between them sometimes. Can we please get a separate Mondeo Forum?

Have to ask admin. If they warrent the change, they will do it for you. But it may take a while for them to respond.

Also starting to agree that it might be a good idea to have a separate Mondeo forum. Often topics are started and you can't determine it they're related to focus or mondeo. Just my 2c.

Can't be determined because people don't put a proper thread title. That's just my 2c worth as well

No problems guys, I'm happy to support a separate Mondeo forum, it's eventually going to happen anyway. About the same number of Mondeo are sold as Fiesta and it has its own forum so that's fair enough.
Wait for Admin to respond and best of luck. Bonus is we're all part of the same Small/Medium section anyway so it's easy to share stuff and check the other threads.

And no disrespect to the car, but there just isn't a huge number of members with them...yet. Have you made a roll call thread?

Member numbers may be the only issue but they are sure (hopefully) to grow. Granted, you can't compare numbers but there are separate areas for Territory and Falcon and they share mechanicals.

I feel sorry for the Festiva owners, there are probably more Festivas on the road than Fiestas, but they don't have a seperate forum.
Having said that, I feel sorry for Festiva owners regardless :P

If you look up at the header you will note that your wishes have been met.
I have moved those threads that obviously belonged here but if there are any I have missed then please PM me with a link to the thread. Regards Russ
