I am not seeing that on my screen. Are you able to take a screen shot? Are you logged in from a PC or phone and what version of browser are you using?

Not that I will be able to help you, but this information is good for others who may be able to assist. Sounds to me like maybe you have picked up a PC virus. New ones have come out that are posting ads everywhere. I had one recently.

Cheers

They are a small file that a browser uses to save site preferences, that way when you return to a site it remembers any customisations that you may have set up. It was designed for good but those that have other motives find ways to benefit themselves at your expense. Your browser will have the ability to clear cookies on session close, or you could perform it as a one off manually.

Choose Settings on ipad, then safari icon, then choose clear history and clear cookies and data.
You will have to make sure you know all of your logins and passwords as this will clear all forms. (As in your web pages passwords etc IE: AFF login.

Hope this helps mate

Yeah, the grown up sites is a good place to find these problems. Once cookies are cleared the problem should go away unless you introduce them again. There are ways to selective accept cookies but it is a bit tedious. I know zip about iOS but you may have some form of malware. Not sure if apple much in the way of scanners for this.

I've installed avast! Antivirus software on my Android phone to prevent this, maybe do a search in the App Store for antivirus apps?

Ive cleared cookies, but alas i still have them some what. Some words appear as links ie i can roll the mouse over a word and an add pops up. It doesnt bother me but a problem none the less.

This appears to be somewhat difficult to guide on without a specific OS and browser being advised, we are all running different combo's. I use windows on a PC, Firefox for a browser, using adblock plus as an add on, never a problem. This may be a mobile OS issue only.

I had this issue recently in Firefox and it was caused due to an addon. I removed the addon and voila! All roll over type hyperlinked words were gone.

Cheers
