THe user has been inactive since December 2007.
Perhaps they don't respond to their emails because they cannot access the account that corresponds to this Ebay one... Beware of the Highjackers! If people do not respond via their Ebay account, then I steer clear. Might be legit, but better safe than sorry!

Same tool had a white coupe advertised last week wants money put into an account he lives in UK.

being a classified ad as well, no feedback given on these ads. Which is ridiculous, how are you supposed to know their history as a seller??? But yes enough reports through ebay will boot him off.
