hey all, just cleaning up the throttle body on my newly acquired xh panel van, when i noticed that when the accelerator is pushed flat to the floor, the butterfly only opens maybe 70%, so no where near all the way to the stopper on the side. Is this normal? there is no adjustment on cable, so assume the only fix is a new accelerator cable, assuming the old one has stretched?
