Default EB or ED XR6 ECU

Im interested in purchasing one of these to put in my EB2 4.0lt auto, it is a stock car with full exhaust and extractors.
Im just wondering whether these increase the cars power and or make it run better???
Also are the easy to install
Thanks.

The XR6 ECU will change your fuel map, and your auto kick down times.

You'd really need the hardware to see any benifit. Remember the auto software will be configured for a 3.45 diff as well
