Came back from the game.
Both teams played very well, and Adelaide was coached brilliantly Pondeljiak's goal was fortunate, but in such a tight contest, that is not exactly a surprise. Adelaide had far more (and better) chances, but failed to capitalise. Method...AC Milan may be great, but gee, really, in most other leagues in the world, the wealthy do wees all over the smaller clubs. How boring to be a supporter of Bayern Munich, Man U etc. when you know you're going to be successful. Yawn. At least in the A-League, every team has the same opportunities as the other. Newcastle...Premiers 2007-2008...wooden spooners 2008-2009. I think it's good. In four years of the A-League, there have been three Champions and Premiers.

Shame the game was decided by a red card that was not a red. Stupid Matthew Breeze what a jerk. I am so proud of how the Reds kept fighting with a man down. Could have gone either way.
MethodX - I am guessing your of those people who are too 'cool' to support a local league and jump on a winning teams bandwagon. Ferrari/AC Milan - very easy to support a winner mate. |

guys in my opinion it was a pretty good game,
pretty unfortunate for the poor decision by breeze. had a bet with a mate melbourne will get a red later on, due to the fact of the poor decision early in the first half. pondeljak's goal was a nice strike, as it slipped through. both teams played well in the end, and it was just unlucky for adelaide |
