The AFF admin team would like to take this opportunity to welcome a few new faces to the moderation team. Inside this particular area we have added 'HLC' to help keep an eye on things, and help out where necessary.
We would ask that you take things easy on him whilst he isl learns the ins & outs of what really is a challenging role.

what does a moderater do ?? besides the obvious , like deleting posts or forum members. ???
do they do shifts on the forum ?? if so is it paid or unpiad . ?? and what else .
genuinly interested in the complete role a moderater has . just out of interest.
