Use to work excessive hours years ago but for the last 10 years only 40 hours week/shift work on salary, just the odd extra O/time shift during week ...... Oh yea no week end work involved.... just the way I like it.

Define work.....
I do between 38 and 41 hours per week, 5 days. But am on call pretty much 24/7 - luckily only about 3 or 4 times a year I get called in to do extra. But I could easily work more - I simply choose not to, and/or delegate to staff (who also only work 38 hours or so per week).
