Default 20km Under Read

I know this has probably been asked a hundred times before but i couldnt seem to find the thread.
Easiest way to fix an under reading t9 5 speed on a 2 litre? I got quoted 100 to get the speedo itself recalibrated but he says then the k's will not count properly.
Anywhere in Toowoomba or brisbane where i can get a new gear for the speedo on the gearbox?
Any help much appreciated!
