Hi Guys,
I need to replace 2 tyres on my WQ Zetec. Factory 16" rims. Any feedback on tyres, other than standard Continentals? I like the Contis, but they're very dear. Any other brand recommendations, or has anyone found a good deal for the Contis? Cheers, Dennis |

your best bets are to get Bridgstone Potenza RE001 or TOYO T1-R or GoodYear Eagle F1 GSD3, Pirrille Pzero Nero etc.

^^^ What he said and also... Michelin Pilot Preceda PP2.
But what do you look for in a tyre? is it just for an A-to-B thing? or the more grip the better? |

Toyo T1-Rs are excellent for the price. Used them on my Alfa with no complaints to be had, quiet and very grippy.

Ended up with P-Zero Neros. Unbelievable grip in the wet straight after they were fitted. They were dear, but got them cheaper than Continentals, and I've always wanted Pzeros!!!

P-Zero's cheaper than the Conti's. I know there are a lot of dealers flogging P-Zero Nero's M+S. I hope you didnt get them as you would be better off with your worn tyres.
