Default Summernats Virgin

Now that I own a DECENT car (a Ford), I have an excuse to go to Summernats. :
I just booked accomodation, mind you there wasn't much left. :1syellow1
I hope it lives up to my expectations. _2: :hihi:

I've been going for 8 years mate and trust me, it's good.

Of course there are the idiot drunken bogans, but there are alot of nice Fords there. :

Leave your imagination open as its wild ,have made several pilgriages to summrnats and love it work prevents from attending every year but every second one im there!!!!!!!!!

I'll wait for the thread in early January from LTD Spyder. It will be 'Don't go to Summernats'.

I don't go anymore. It's not 'car enough'. Too many guys who think they can drink and too many woman who are only popular for 4 days!
IMO Easternats is better!

I have been to the Summernats every year for many, many years.
It is not really a place for a respectable woman, however if she would like to come, ensure your relationship is secure, as every year I see many relationships fight as the woman wants 'quality time'. Summernats is not good for that. as there is so much to take in.
My wife has been and we had no issues, but many friends who have come with me have had issues.
It is a great event, and the media only really show the bad points, and not the good points.
It is not really a driving event like Easternats.

In order to learn one must try...many years ago I fronted to one of the inaugral s/nats found the price of admission to be more than for what was on show...never been back!
