Good evening all. I am posting this here, in case Ron forgets.
Sunday June the 24th we are invited by our hosts of our meetings, The Tavenor Hotel, are having a market/show event type open day to raise money for the Very Special Kids Charity. We have been invited to attend and put on a display. I believe the show goes from 1100 to 1700 hours, though members who have attended before state it finishes before then. I am sure Ron will update better details shortly. Any interested in going put name down. I have to check my roster.

as jason sais above the pasco vale taverner is holding a charity fun day, this is in conjunction with their birthday celebrations & will be pretty much the same as last years event. from memory we had all finished by 4pm last year.
we like to help them out with this event as a way to thank them for the use of their function room to hold our meetings. i will be talking with them tomorrow to confirm if there is a restriction on numbers. if you can attend on the day please out your name down. 1, ORSMT5 50% chance atm 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,

we will need to be there by 10am as they will be closing the car park off. we will be setting up in the area as we first enter the car park, not in the first are where most members usualy park.
